Shipping Process

  • All parcels are shipped through our trusted transport and delivery partners.

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation or token amount verification.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

Transport & Delivery

  • Transport delivery charges are included in the product price unless mentioned otherwise.

  • In some areas, transport companies may ask for extra charges for door delivery service based on customer demand and location flexibility.

  • Any extra amount charged for special door delivery service must be paid directly by the customer to the transport company.

Customer Preferred Transport

  • If customers want shipment through another transport service or transporter of their choice, we are comfortable arranging it whenever possible.

  • Additional charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

COD Orders

  • For COD orders, 20% token/advance payment is compulsory before dispatch.

  • Remaining payment must be paid at the time of delivery.

Delivery Delays

  • Delivery timelines may sometimes be affected due to weather conditions, transport delays, holidays, or other unexpected situations.

  • My Trade Setu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party transport or courier services.

Damaged Parcels

  • Customers must create a proper unpacking video while opening the parcel.

  • Any damaged or missing product complaint must be reported within 24 hours with proper photo/video proof on WhatsApp: 7206193504.
