Transport & Delivery

Transport delivery charges are included in the product price unless mentioned otherwise.

In some areas, transport companies may ask for extra charges for door delivery service based on customer demand and location flexibility.

Any extra amount charged for special door delivery service must be paid directly by the customer to the transport company.
Customer Preferred Transport

If customers want shipment through another transport service or transporter of their choice, we are comfortable arranging it whenever possible.

Additional charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
COD Orders

For COD orders, 20% token/advance payment is compulsory before dispatch.

Remaining payment must be paid at the time of delivery.
Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may sometimes be affected due to weather conditions, transport delays, holidays, or other unexpected situations.

My Trade Setu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party transport or courier services.
Damaged Parcels

Customers must create a proper unpacking video while opening the parcel.

Any damaged or missing product complaint must be reported within 24 hours with proper photo/video proof on WhatsApp: 7206193504.
