Product & Service Disclaimer

  • We try to maintain accurate pricing and product details; however, errors may occur unintentionally.

Payments & Orders

  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation or required token amount verification.

  • For COD orders, 20% advance/token payment is compulsory.

  • My Trade Setu reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Parcels are shipped through trusted transport and courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location or transport conditions.

  • Any extra charges for special door delivery services demanded by customers must be paid by the customer directly to the transport provider.

Return & Claim Policy

  • Customers must record a proper unpacking video while opening the parcel.

  • Damage or missing product claims without video proof may not be accepted.

  • Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp: 7206193504.

  • Verification may take 24 to 48 hours.

Limitation of Liability

My Trade Setu shall not be held responsible for:

  • Courier or transport delays

  • Minor product variations

  • Indirect business losses

  • Damages caused after product delivery and acceptance

Any disputes related to orders, payments, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Haryana, India.
