Important Guidelines

  • Please create a proper unpacking video while opening the parcel.
  • In case of any damaged or missing product, customers must share clear photos and videos within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

  • If a few products are damaged in the parcel, the damaged product amount will be refunded after verification.
  • Verification process may take 24 to 48 hours.

Exchange Policy

  • If the complete parcel is heavily damaged during transit, the products will be exchanged.
  • Exchange will be processed only after our team verifies the shared proof.

Conditions

  • Complaints without unpacking video may not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order type.
